Next up seperation workouts Grades 3rd-7th Wed- Thurs Dec 21st-22nd 3:30pm-5:30pm

Additional small-group workouts will be added on Dec 28th & 29th. They will be available on the Daily workouts registration link soon. 
GRIND SESSION - December Schedule 
So here is what you need to know for the next couple of months until the regular season gets back underway. 
  • Grind Sessions $10
    • Wed Dec 7,14   (6:30-7:45)
    • Sun Dec 4, 11,18 (1:30 -2:45) 
  • Holiday Workouts 
    • Elite Separation $95 (7th Grade & Up, Limited spots (6) 12:30-3:30 (3 Days  Tue/ Wed/ Thurs) Dec 20th -22nd
    • Next Up Separation $60 (3rd to 7th Grade, Limited spots (6) 3:30 -5:30 2 Days  Wed/ Thurs) Dec 21st & 22nd
  • Jan's training schedules will drop soon.
  • Tryouts Sun Jan 15th (TIMES TBA)
  • Registration Sun Jun 29th (TIMES TBA) 
  • First Tourney March 3-5, 2023
